Support older adults and their families to navigate the health, long-term care and social service system
Services include:
- information and referral services
- counselling and support on coping with the stresses of aging, illness and disability
- navigation and access support
- caregiver support and education groups through the Koschitzky Support Centre for family caregivers and older adults
