                            | Service Description: | Mental health services available through a centralized access point * psychiatry consultations (urgent and non-urgent) 
 Day Treatment Program - Group therapy * help with reintegration into the community through support, education, and referrals * clients are required to have stable housing arrangements, be drug- and alcohol-free, and have coverage by an inpatient psychiatrist
 
 Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Skills (ERPS) - Group psychotherapy for people who have emotional regulation problems alongside anxiety or depression * Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
 
 Interpersonal Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (IPT/CBT) - Time-limited care for adults with major anxiety disorders, major depression, and bipolar mood disorder * acute symptom management and relapse prevention * emphasis is placed on comprehensive assessments delivered in a group-based program
