Service Description:

Men's Withdrawal Management Services include:
- Primary care
- Counselling
- Education on the stages of withdrawal
- Assistance with non-complex medical withdrawal complications
- Psychoeducation and process groups
- Change plan coaching
- Assessments and referrals for additional treatment
- Connections to other community resources, such as housing, harm reduction services and case management

Application:

Self-referrals are accepted as well as walk-ins. Referrals from community organizations are accepted. Intake assessment at time of entry.
Referrals are also made through Central Access Toronto Withdrawal Management Central Access. Central Access hours are 0800-2330, 7 days a week.
