Service Description:

Diagnosis and treatment for adults who have had persistent non-cancer-related pain for more than six months * treatment options includes:
- pharmacotherapy
- nerve blocks with ultrasound or x-ray guidance
- intravenous infusions
- radiofrequency nerve ablation to treat neck and back pain
- psychotherapy
- rehabilitation and exercise plans
- patient education

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults 18 years and older who have had chronic, non-cancer-related pain for more than six months * patient must have a family doctor willing to follow them after discharge from program
