Service Description: Non-medical assistance for older adults living in the Edelweiss or Lindehaus apartments to manage the activities of daily living * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
  • bathing, dressing, grooming
  • medication monitoring
  • laundry
  • light housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • mobility assistance
  • security checks
  • shopping and grocery assistance

Fees: Support services are free

Eligibility / Target Population: Residents of the Edelweiss Seniors’ Rental Apartments or Lindenhaus Seniors’ Life Lease Apartments at Heidehof who need personal care assistance for the activities of daily living * must be able to direct and participate in own care
