Non-medical assistance for older adults to manage the activities of daily in their own homes * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
- bathing, dressing, grooming
- medication monitoring

- meal preparation

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Medically stable older adults 65 years and older who live in Wellington Terrace or designated neighbourhood area * must demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support services * must be able to communicate and direct own care or have a substitute decision-maker/live-in caregiver to direct care
