Non-medical assistance for older adults to manage the activities of daily living in their own homes * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
- bathing, dressing, grooming
- medication monitoring
- laundry
- light housekeeping
- meal preparation
- mobility assistance
- security checks
- shopping and grocery assistance

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults 60 years and older who live in Bonnie Place I or Bonnie Place II, or in designated neighbourhood area * must be medically stable * must demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support services * must be able to direct their own care or have a substitute decision-maker or live-in caregiver to direct care
