Supports for older adults to secure and maintain housing in safe and stable environments * program follows clients for three months to 6 months with case management and ongoing support * consists of program coordinator and navigator who provide assistance and/or connections that address eviction concerns related to income, hoarding, noise levels, other disturbances and issues maintaining the cleanliness of the unit
