Service Description:

In-person prenatal classes are offered in partnership with Norfolk General Hospital and the Norfolk Family Health team * 5-part series run by Registered Midwives, Public Health Nurses, Lactation Consultants and Registered Dietitians to gain confidence, knowledge and comfort about the following:- pregnancy health and nutrition (preconception/early conception)
- end of pregnancy and labour
- birth and pain management options
- feeding your baby
- caring for your baby
