Service Description:

Immediate telephone counselling for children and youth, and their families * crisis support staff may provide:
- crisis stabilization/crisis intervention
- clinical support
- parenting strategies
- psychoeducation
- behavioural management strategies
- referrals to community resources

Children and youth 18 years and younger in need of mental health services and supports
