Outpatient clinic for people with severe communication disorders due to illness, injury, or congenital conditions * patients are assessed for technology and strategies to support their face-to-face and written communication

Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality

Adults 18 years and older whose speech and/or handwriting does not meet their daily communication needs * must have a valid Ontario Health Card
