Assessment, counselling, and treatment plan for youth who are experiencing emerging mental health or addiction concerns * services offered in client's home, at the public health unit's office, or at a community location chosen by the client

Eligibility / Target Population:

Youth 17-25 years with a first episode of mental illness that requires treatment * must have little to no prior counselling
