Service Description:
|
Supports for people with a mental health concern who are in contact with the criminal justice system
- case management
- coordination of mental health services
- help with social assistance and/or housing applications
- referral to psychiatric care
- referral to longer term support care

Application:

Call * accepts self-referrals and referrals from police, family, friends, duty or defense counsel, Crown Attorney, and other community agencies
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People 16 years and older charged with a criminal offence who have a mental health issue/diagnosis, developmental delay, addictions/concurrent disorder, or an acquired brain injury * must agree to participate and demonstrate a commitment to comply with a Diversion Treatment Plan
|
