Hospital outpatient program to help patients with respiratory conditions * services include:
- pulmonary function testing
- diagnostic follow-up with respiratory
software
airway clearance strategies using non-invasive techniques
non-invasive/invasive assisted ventilationtracheostomy assessmentlong-term oxygen therapyinhaler optimization/educationliaison with healthcare professionals and respiratory vendors to support community care
Services provided by a respirologist and registered respiratory therapist
Maintenance level of rehabilitative care for patients working to prevent functional decline/injury or maintain functional performance

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People with neuromuscular conditions, spinal cord injuries, amputations, or acquired brain injuries that have affected their pulmonary function * people who have had a tracheostomy * people with chronic ventilator failure/bronchial hygiene clearance issues
