04 - Home Environment Optimization - Haldimand Norfolk

This CAP focuses on hazards in the home, such as general disrepair, poor lighting, unsafe flooring and rugs, improper heating and cooling, faulty appliances, and a general state of squalor. The goal is to improve the safety of the person's home. At a minimum, assessors identify hazards that can be easily fixed.
