Recovery and wraparound services to reduce hardship- information and referral, supportive counselling; mental health support
- Strengthening Services for Seniors - mental health support, technology
- educational and wellness programs - prevention of chronic conditions, healthy eating and food preparation, exercise - pre-registration required
- Sisters Wellness Support Group - informal and refreshments provided; pre-registration required
- community advocacy
- skills development classes: cooking, sewing - preregistration required
- library (textbooks, other books) to borrow or keep, by appointment
- summer employment program for youth
- ongoing volunteer opportunities; post-secondary student placement, internship
