Financial assistance for low-income customers of Alectra Utilities who live on the Hamilton Mountain and are in arrears on their electricity bills * provides grants up to $500, or $600 if home is heated by electricity

Low-income residential customers of Alectra Utilities who live on the Hamilton Mountain * electricity arrears on household account must be both a minimum of 24 days past due and a minimum of $400 owing
