Service Description:

Offers home support, nursing and respite services provided in client's home or in hospitals, assisted living homes, long-term care facilities, schools and offices * all clients received an initial assessment completed by a Registered Nurse * free in-home care assessment
Home support includes:- personal care
- homemaking
- companion aide
- palliative care
- Alzheimer's and dementia care
Nursing includes:
- wound care
- intravenous care
- palliative care
- acute care post hospitalization
- chronic disease management
- pediatric services
- mental health
- foot care services (in-home foot care available)
- school health
Respite care:
- provided for shorter or longer periods of time
- right level of staff to meet the care and support needs
Accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada
