Service Description:	Experienced pediatric oncology nurse, serving as a specialized resource to families in the hospital, home or community settings Assistance and support provided includes: review of child's diagnosis and treatment plan with family members assistance with planning child's treatment / referral to health care services help preparing and arranging supports and services support to siblings support during palliation follow-up during bereavement
