Service Description: Organization working to increase wheelchair sports opportunities across Ontario * works create opportunities for athletes with or without physical disabilities to participate in sports at recreational, competitive, and high performance levels

ONPARA is the provincial governing body for wheelchair sports in Ontario:
  • wheelchair basketball
  • wheelchair rugby
  • wheelchair tennis
Bridging the Gap Program: 
  • bringing awareness to wheelchair sports and recreation
  • "Have a Go Days" opportunities to try rehabilitation sports 
  • information sessions
  • wheelchair loan applications
  • ambassador and mentorship
